For us, coaching is the hyphen we put in the word “may-be”!

Why coaching?

Business coaching appeared in the 80’s in the Anglo-Saxon countries, and has since been booming all over the world. In 2021, according to ICF, 86% of companies that have provided coaches for their employees say they would repeat their investment.

Through business coaching, we aim to become the gas pedals of your success based on the resources and potential that exists within you. The coaching process helps people to reach their professional and personal goals more serenely and quickly.

Coaching activities in companies are becoming more democratic and are no longer only dedicated to managers and executives. Developing autonomy, increasing competence, adopting a co-creation posture are important skills for everyone. We therefore wish to contribute to the diffusion of coaching practices within companies to make them accessible to the greatest number.

How our coaching academy works

In 25 years, Progress Consulting has become the specialist in team development and organizational transformation in the training and coaching professions in Belgium.

It became obvious to our team that only a coaching school for our clients would allow us to further accompany the sustainable transformation of organizations.

What we offer is different in 10 points

  1. Small groups, 10 people maximum
  2. Blended approach: mix of face-to-face sessions (6 days), and distance learning (2 days of distance learning sessions, personalized feedback on the exercises to be performed, and e-learning modules with theoretical aspects to be completed at your own pace)
  3. 100% of the classroom time is spent on practical exercises and personalized feedback
  4. Specialized audience for the practice of professional coaching in companies: HR Managers, Change Managers, Project Leaders, internal trainers, Talent Managers…
  5. Program based on the 8 ICF competencies, with specific add-ons: change management, team coaching, burn-out prevention…
  6. Each level consists of 64 hours: 6 days face-to-face, 2 days distance learning
  7. Spread out over 6 months: 3 x 2 days, not too long, not too short, with 1 month between them to complete the exercises
  8. Complete preparation for the future ICF certification, including supervision, mentoring and personal feedback
  9. Learn from a company with more than 25 years of experience in coaching people and organizations in Belgium and internationally! A real preparation for the job, anchored in practice.
