Didier Dengis

Progress Consulting - Equipe - Didier DengisMy motivation: "To make the things advance ".
I draw my energy from the visible results of the change: process of company, team or individual.

I am Engineer Civilian Physicist. Five years in nuclear safety and five years in the management of the Belgian subsidiary of an American oil company enabled me to apprehend the mechanisms and … the wheels of the companies and to acquire a pragmatic experience in management and in people management.

A complementary experience in an international advice office allowed me to practice many methodologies, to adapt them to the needs of the customers, to simplify them.

During this period, I developed and managed many projects. Since, I enriched my experience of consulting by integrating it in the human behavioral dimensions.

My favorite sentence :

« The light is born from chaos »

Thierry Poncin

Progress Consulting - Equipe - Thierry PoncinThierry Poncin….who am I ?

I generally start my training sessions with the following sentence: “If you believe everything I say, your mad!”

Who am I to possess the truth?

My job: to start the conversation with the participants, to introduce the tools of the trade, the participants try to use these tools! If it works, my words get meaning.

I am practical I am not a technician.

As a physiotherapist I often hear that my current job is very different… but I am not so sure!

I used to improve my patience wellbeing with my hands, with appliances and by listening attentively.

I love people, my job and life.

Be careful… I am contagious.

Ingrid Quoibion

Progress Consulting - Equipe - Catherine CornetIngrid has been a trainer-consultant with Progress since 2004. Licensed in philosophy (Ulg), specialised in the philosophy of psychology (Hull, UK), passionate about communication, I oriented myself from the beginning of my career in a very natural way towards trainings in companies. I had the good fortune of being able to develop, in a very rapid manner, my experience with international clients, such as Winthertur, UBS, Oracle,…

After a professional break which resulted in two children and a specialisation in communication related to the environment, I discovered the behavioural approach thanks to Progress Consulting and… I’m never leaving it!

Since 2006, my strong environmental values and taste for the systemic approach, pushed me to invest my competence in the trainings organised by the Permanent Conference of Territorial Development, through the University of Liege: the planning of the territory is the place for all the complexities and challenges, and contributing to “making things advance” satisfies my need of engagement and coherence… Since then I split my energy and enthusiasm between these very complementary areas.

Giving direction, turning the certitudes upside down to provoke behavioural changes and a long-term approach, those are the things that animate my work. In my personal life, besides my family that remains a priority, I do yoga and jogging, and cherish the dream of one day doing music again, but … everything at it’s own time.

Didier Delmal

Hilde Nicasi

Progress Consulting - Equipe - Hilde NicasiAfter graduating from Antwerp University with a masters’ degree in International Political Sciences in 1989, I started immediately my own company in the hospitality business. It grew to organizing international events and later also incentives. Especially through the organization of incentive packages for employees (sales, scouting locations in Europe, Asia, Africa and North America and finally guiding these groups), I discovered the use of several techniques and methods regarding team dynamics and team building, as well as ‘change’ management and leadership.

In 2006, I chose a new career path in my life and became a trainer – consultant. Through my experiences in the past I feel more attracted to a practical way of teaching and I am always eager to know the opinion of others. Every training is like a new experience for me, a different challenge, a possibility to encourage people to think about their own work situation and personal life in a different way.

I have lived in the center of Antwerp (Belgium) for more than 20 years and feel comfortable in this cultural melting pot. In the meantime my personal life has grown to become a newly formed family with 5 children between the age of 8 and 13. I still manage to find time to pursue my own interests, to travel to different cultures, sailing and reading books in the original language of the author.

The citations she loves are :

"Logic will get you from A to B. Imagination will take you everywhere"
Albert Einstein

"Certainly, travel is more than the seeing of sights; it is a change that goes on, deep and permanent, in the ideas of living."
