Changing state of mind…

Experience shows us that result is often intertwined with a certain attitude: openness, flexibility, questioning,…It is with this knowledge that we departed with the director of Human Resources of an enterprise for whom we work. In this context of market change it isn’t easy to get the collaborators who have been doing a job for a long time to question certain practices. Over time the client no longer is the centre of concern and the attitude becomes less constructive. This translates in the numerous criticisms towards the organisation, less solidarity between colleagues and less commercial behaviours towards the clientele. Our mission is to boost the entire assembly of the personnel by working on a positive attitude towards change. From the direction commission to the operational personnel, the assembly of collaborators of the enterprise participated in the two days. The mission was an honest success!
