Simple, practical, concrete… few concepts, lots of action and an attitude closer to “band of brother” than to gurus of new paradigms. The tone is direct; everything is said with assertiveness and lots of humour. The sequence of the actions is real and the results are present. The understanding and complementarity between the two partners bring depth to the pedagogy and efficiency to the development of Progress Consulting. A few years ago Progress took the road to Normandy and was able to persuade and seduce the larger part of the Kpmg group. I am happy to testify to a profound satisfaction which we experience in de cooperation with this excellent business partner.

Secura

Secura – Belgian insurer active in Europe – has been working many years with Progress Consulting, mainly for training of board members. This measured training focuses mainly on the theme of emotional intelligence.

Next to the trainings for the board members Progress Consulting also takes care of the training for collaborators. These training days are also mainly centred around emotional intelligence, but more from the employee’s point of view.

Progress Consulting also takes care of training in presentation techniques.

The participants of different trainings are very enthusiastic about the professionalism of the trainer, Mister Régis Collette. De training sessions are interactive with enough theory to support the practical exercises. De numerous case studies and discussions about own experiences make the training very pragmatic. The whole targets a precise goal and assures elaborate individual action plans.
