Behavioural seminars for horizontal collaborators without hierarchal power

The intervention:

Seminar of 3 days (2 consecutive days + 1 isolated day), with intakes beforehand and followed by individual outtakes of one hour per participant.

Program :

MBTI – Self-knowledge and relationship with change
Application of MBTI in the “horizontal” activities, to know:
Lead a work meeting
Participate in a work meeting
Give constructive and positive feedback
Present an idea in a persuasive manner

The results:

Each participant leaves the training with a concrete action plan to put to work in the field. See here a few examples of actions:

Better prepare and plan my weekly work meetings with Front Office (“P” side of MBTI)
Give more positive feedback to my colleges in other departments (“I” side of MBTI)
Handle the tension, which I currently experience with my colleges, in an assertive manner.
Develop my intern network through a few concrete actions, to gain in efficiency in some files.

Important aspects of the project:

Very motivating and valuable training, for a public not used to behavioural trainings (collaborator for Audit…)
A very concrete application of the “MBTI” model
