The intervention :
Residential two-day seminar for the entire personnel of the company, with a dining experience in between the 2 days.
PROGRAM:
Develop a positive attitude towards the organisation
The study of what the company brings me;
The beliefs within the organisation;
The values of the organisation and their daily application;
Develop a positive attitude towards oneself
Act within my zone of influence;
Feel better;
Develop my evolving beliefs;
Leave my comfort zone;
Develop a positive attitude towards others

Strengths and weaknesses of each profile;

Towards colleges;

Towards myself.
The results:
Development of a general more positive attitude in the company culture
