The customer: a regional administration
The demand: In 2006 this institute made us the proposition to organise a preparation for the oral exam to access level A. We accomplished this mission with success. Since then we were asked to create trainings on divers themes: mail management, secretary techniques, negotiation techniques. Thanks to the successful accomplishment of this work, we were contacted by a sister institute to guide an equivalent preparation program.
The results:
100% passing of the oral exam!
